Is there a minimum charge?
No – clearly set out tariff. If the job takes 15 minutes, you pay a 15 minute proportion of the hourly rate
Are there any additional costs?
No – our pricing system is straight-forward and clear. All additional costs such as postage, materials, telephone will be charged at the cost price.
How do I start?
We will ask you to complete our booking form with the details of the job and in return, we will give you an estimate of the time and cost prior to the start of the contract. We will also advise you of our cancellation policy and payment terms. Only on acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is the contract binding. For local companies requiring complex work or on-going services (retainer), we can offer a free consultation service at your workplace.
How do I send the work to you?
This can be discussed at the time of booking. It can either be uploaded onto our secure server, by e-mail, or by traditional postal methods.
How will I receive the completed work?
This again will be discussed with you at the time of your booking. In addition to electronic transfer, we can return work to you on a disc.
How do I know that all work will be confidential?
You can be assured of our confidentiality at all times. All our team have worked in areas where confidentiality is paramount e.g. NHS, Private health sector, Local Government, and Legal. We are registered according to the Data Protection Act (1998) at www.ico.gov.uk which means we comply with the guidelines in regard to keeping client’s information confidential.
We are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if required.
What do I do if there are errors in the work?
On receipt of returned work, any errors on our part will be rectified free of charge. The client is fully responsible for the final proof-reading.
