£20 per hour – chargeable on a minute-by-minute basis
The pricing system for our secretarial service is transparent and straight-forward. There is no minimum charge – if your work takes 15 minutes, you pay for 15 minutes.
Transcription costs are dependent upon the clarity of the recording. Ideally, we recommend that digital recorders should be used – we can lend you a recorder free of charge for a trial period if required.
Our standard tariff of £20 per hour covers the following secretarial services:-
- Transcription – digital, tape, or hand-written notes
- Minutes
- Board/Annual meetings
- Focus groups
- Dissertations and theses
- Data entry
- CV composition
- Letters and mail-merges
- Event organisation
- Project support and management
- Presentation material
- Marketing/mail-outs
- Research
For all of our services, any additional costs such as postage, paper, and telephone usage will be charged to you at the cost price – no hidden extras will be added to your account.
For local companies requiring complex work or on-going services (retainer), we can offer a free consultation service at your workplace.
Completion of our booking form constitutes an agreement between Lenman Secretarial Solutions and the client.
Payment for all services should be made by either cheque or BACS payment strictly within 14 days from date of invoice. Retainer packages are paid monthly in advance. Any bank charges incurred as a result of returned cheques will be the responsibility of the client.
